As an Account Representative for the Ryan Gavrilescu State Farm Agency, you play a critical, revenue-driving role in our agency’s growth and customer success. You are the front line of our brand, building lasting relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and coverage reviews with a detail-oriented approach
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism, and confidence
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred but not required
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
